  • Request within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in same condition
  • Contact: 5starchair@gmail.com with order number and reason
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

  • We inspect your return and notify approval/denial
  • Approved refunds processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
